How OrchestrA Strategy handles information from this site, the access waitlist, and request forms.
Information we collect
For the access waitlist, we collect your email address, signup time, and source. Design partner and demo requests collect the details you provide, plus optional follow-up answers if you choose to provide them.
- Waitlist email address and the time and source of your signup
- For conversation requests: your name, work email, company, and what you would like to improve
- For demo requests, your preferred meeting window and what you would like to see, if provided
- Optional follow-up answers: where the problem hurts, the decision your team keeps revisiting, industry, revenue range, timing, whether you'd talk to us, country, accounting system, and monthly close cadence
- Operational metadata such as browser or request context
- How you arrived: the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as
utm_source), the page you first landed on, and the site that referred you.
How we use information
We use it to record your access request, respond to conversation requests, arrange demos, decide who to talk to first, and improve this site. Waitlist signup is for an access update when places open; it does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. For new waitlist, design partner, and demo requests, we send a confirmation to you and a notification to our team using Resend as our transactional email provider.
- Maintain the access waitlist and contact you when access opens
- Respond to your design partner or demo request
- Send request confirmations and team notifications through Resend (resend.com)
- Decide which conversations to have first
- Maintain site integrity and prevent abuse
- Understand which posts and channels bring requests.
Analytics and session recording
We use PostHog, a third-party product analytics tool, to understand how visitors move through this site and to record a sample of visits for playback, while we validate early interest in the product. We do not use tracking cookies for this: PostHog runs in a cookieless mode, so no persistent identifier follows you across visits or sites, and we do not show a cookie-consent banner because none is required for it.
- Product analytics: which parts of the page a visitor reaches, which request form is opened or completed, and whether the optional follow-up questions are answered, but never the answers themselves
- Session recording, for a sample of visits: a replay of on-page interaction with every form field masked before it is ever recorded, so no name, email, company, or other typed content is captured, in the recording or anywhere else
- No tracking cookies and no cross-visit identifier, so each visit is anonymous and unlinked to any other
- Data is processed by PostHog (posthog.com) on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms
- To connect a request to the link that brought you, the site keeps those tags in your browser tab's session storage until the tab is closed. It is not a cookie and does not follow you to another visit.
Retention and sharing
We retain information only as needed for legitimate business operations and do not present false claims about where submitted data is processed.
- Internal operational use
- Trusted service providers where required
- Your follow-up answers stay with your request and are never sold
